Last year, the famous film director Martin Scorsese released a documentary about George Harrison, one of the four members of the band "The Beatles".
The documentary is called "George Harrison: Living in the Material World"....



I used to love listening to the Beatles as a child, but even though I've always had a real respect & admiration to all that they've achieved throughout their musical journey together as a band, I've never been a real big fan of the group.
That said, I've always been a huge fan of George's music, which always made me feel as thought it was on a totally different level.
Music that had integrity, honesty & this kind of truth at it's core, that is rarely experienced in today's main-stream music world.

I watched the documentary earlier today; it's a long movie, three & a half hours long, but it was well worth the time spent,( at least that's the way I'm feeling right now ).. beautiful movie that helps in a way to understand a bit better what an amazing person George really was.
George died on 29 November 2001, but will never be forgotten.

Whether you're a Beatles fan, a music fan, or just a human being that love those around you ( on most days ), I highly recommend watching it.
