As some of you may know, I'm also offering cooking classes to small groups ( 4-6 people in a group ).
My approach to cooking, style & use of herbs/spices in the dishes made, in addition to the somewhat unusual mix of ingredients at times, is what I'm showcasing in those 3-4 hours long lessons.
I love Asian food in general & Japanese food among others, but I love taking old recipes & putting my twist on them & by doing so, breathing new life into.
Kinda exciting to have a bit different dish everyday & not just the same old combo.

We've made a few variations on salad dressings ( home made of course ), tried a salad, made quiche & had a hot chocolate cake with home made ice cream for dessert.



Had a great time teaching this lovely group of women.
Looking forward to the next interested group of students..
