It's been too long, & the fault is all mine.... I haven't been to one of my favorite eateries in..well, embarrassingly too long to mention.
Got in the car last Friday around midday, & drove 10 minutes to "cafe' Charlston" (チャールストン) .
I am a big fan of coffee shops, & coffee in general, but in this case, I didn't go to "Charlston" because of it's delicious coffee (which they have, by the way).. - I am always, I mean, always(!!!) in awe & after one dish in the blissfully simple menu on offer, & that is the omelet on rice (オムライス).
My favorite is the curry base, but there are also two other flavors to choose from.
Anyway, there are many places that serve オムライス, but the one at チャールストン is to die for.
Simple & delicious
Definitely recommended to try. You go once, & I guarantee you'll be back & bringing your best friends with you.

After all that food, I was ready & charged for work.. had a great time with one of my young students. I was compelled to take a couple of snapshots during class... - hoping her smile is as infectious as I think it is, causing you all to smile as well.
